From Crafting to Care, Payments to Postage: Your Guide to Everything Doodad + Fandango
Production times and turnarounds

Here at Doodad and Fandango we are passionate about responsible production. To avoid wastage we make all items to order. Expect about 2-3 weeks from the date you order for your item to be made.

In busier times like the holiday periods or if supply chain issues arise, production times can take longer. We will contact you if we expect a longer than 2 -3 week turnaround time.

Materials and Care

All D+F pieces are made to order in our Blue Mountains workshop using high quality, locally sourced materials.

We use beautiful hard wearing laminates to achieve the finish and look and performance we love: saturated colours that can take daily use.

Shipping

LOCAL

Orders are sent via Australia Post, and shipping fees are determined at checkout. If you have any questions, concerns, or wish to explore alternative delivery methods or insurance for your order, feel free to get in touch with us.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available as Standard International or Express International rates.

All International post is sent via AusPost

Courier is available upon request, please email first to enquire about rates.

Shipping times are provided as an estimate only. We are not liable for any delays in delivery once your order has left our studio or for circumstances beyond our control. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy holiday periods. If you’re in the Blue Mountains, you also have the option to pick up your order directly from our studio.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, including customs and import fees, as determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Doodad + Fandango has no control over them. We are unable to offer refunds for any such fees.

Custom Made

The D+F studio loves making custom decor pieces. Contact us via email to enquire (not via social media) and we’ll be happy to discuss your ideas.

All custom designs incur a minimum fee of $150. This covers design, prototyping and setup costs. This fee will be in addition to the cost of the final item. 

Our focus is on one-of-a-kind homeware items and we no longer offer custom made jewellery for individuals.

We are available for jewellery and accessory commissions in minimum quantities for companies, brands, and artists. We’re looking forward to collaborating on exciting new projects

Returns
We take great care in packaging our products, and breakages are extremely uncommon. However, if your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and reach out to us asap.

Change of mind returns are only accepted on full priced items and are decided on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
